Cameron Hawkins, President
Cam Hawkins co-founded NMA in 1996, just as the Internet reached critical mass as a business communication medium.

Prior to establishing NMA, Cam was an independent producer of multimedia content for film, television, radio, and live performance – a 20-year pioneer in the use of technology as a medium for creative communication. His award-winning productions have been featured on CBC, CTV, Muchmusic, Global TV and US television networks, and on stages across North America.

His accomplishments include the first live performance CD Audio/CD-ROM released in Canada, the first 3D-animated music video televised on Muchmusic, and a gold record with his legendary electronic rock band, FM.

Cam has recently completed executive development programs at Schulich School of Business, York University, Toronto and Sloan Business School, MIT, Cambridge. He has served as the chair of the Information Architecture Program Advisory Committee for Centennial College, since 2001.

Cam is an avid cyclist, dedicated opera-goer and world-traveller whose idea of a perfect vacation combines all three.

Todd Climenhage, Software Architect
Todd Climenhage has been a software developer with NMA for over 9 years, and he currently leads the development of Baseline CMS where his gift for creative innovation shines. Todd has been involved in client projects for the Ontario Power Authority, Registered Nurses' Association of Ontario and The Heart and Stroke Foundation. 

Todd completed a post-diploma at Niagara College in multimedia programming. He is currently part way through a bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management at Ryerson University. During his time at NMA, Todd has traveled in Europe, the Middle East, Alaska, and hiked the Inca Trail in Peru.

Gilad Sapir, Software Developer
Gilad Sapir joined NMA in 2009. Gilad has a background in the financial services and information technology industries and brings over 8 years of experience as an application and web developer to the team, particularly in the areas of testing and product quality.

Originally from Israel, Gilad earned his B.A. in Computer Science from the Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.  When not developing new applications for Baseline CMS, Gilad can be found shooting hoops on a basketball court or cooking up culinary delights for his wife and two children.

Vivek Narula, Marketing Manager
Vivek Narula joined NMA in 2004 as its first, dedicated Marketing Manager. He is responsible for developing and executing NMA's communication program to various business sectors, including associations.

Vivek brings over 6 years of experience in sales, marketing and advertising to NMA, in the high-tech, educational and healthcare sectors. He has an MA in Creative Writing and a BA in Business Administration.

Jessica VanDusen, Multimedia Developer
Jessica VanDusen joined NMA in 2005, taking on the role of Graphic Designer and Multimedia Developer. She is also responsible for content development: regularly writing and editing copy and assisting with information architecture and usability considerations.

Jessica provides over 10 years of experience in New Media design and development, having graduated from the International Academy of Design. She has a background in Fine Arts, with an Honours diploma from the multidisciplinary program at Central Technical School in Toronto.


Her ever-changing creative pursuits include painting, sculpture and fibre arts. She also enjoys the occasional travel excursion, gardening and home-brewing.
