NMA was contracted by Xlibris to develop relationship management tools for Xlibris' authors who come from across North America. The Xlibris "Get Published" application lets authors self-manage the selection and purchasing of Xlibris' comprehensive publishing services.

This online capability allows Xlibris authors to self-manage the complex exchange of information and materials, significantly lowering the cost of servicing those authors. The application has been running problem free for three years.
